TERMS AND CONDITIONS
If you wish to arrive early we can arrange this for an extra charge of £25.
We ask for a £50 non-refundable deposit/booking fee and balance paid 6 weeks before Start date of the holiday,
Bookings taken under 6 weeks from start of holiday to be paid in full.
A £100 damage/security deposit is required prior to the stay, which is fully refundable after inspection of the holiday home with it being left clean/tidy, no damage, rubbish taken to the bins on site, return of keys , bed linen and towels put in bins supply . You must telephone us if there is a problem with in 24hours and allow us or our agent to check the problem if it is serious.
Security Deposit are returned normally within 2 weeks after holiday. There will be a charge of £5 per bag rubbish left, £5 for each bed that as yo be stripeed, and £20 for replacing any keys.
No directions to holiday home will be given until full payment and security deposit is received.
Payment is usually through internet banking or cheque. We do accept payment by paypal with a 6% surcharge.
We can also take payments by installments at no extra charge.
Refunds/Cancellations.
6 weeks or more--- 100% refund (less £50 non-refundable deposit)
4 - 6 weeks -------- 50% refund (providing the remaining 50% covers the booking fee)
2 - 4 weeks -------- 25% refund (providing the remaining 75% covers the booking fee)
less than 2 weeks there will be no refund

Dogs are welcome in some of the units but there is a charge of £20 per dog. Max 1 dog in certain accommodation. They are not to be left in holiday home when you go out.
Dogs must be kept under control at all times and must not be left in holiday home or on the patio/balcony unattended.
Problems with the holiday home should be reported with in 24hrs to us by telephone.
Bed linen and T-towels are included in the price in all of the units. Towels are supplied in the lodges
Electric in Millendreath is by card meter and cards can be purchased on site. See notes on individual accommodation.
Electric and gas are included in the price at Honicombe Manor St Ann's Chapel.
At both sites we give £25 discount for couples.
No parties or groups are allowed on site
No smoking in any of the holiday homes, we will take £25 from the security deposit if you do so.
No charging of Electric cars onsite
