Terms and Conditions

 

We ask for a £50 non refundable deposit/booking fee and balance paid 6 weeks before start date of the holiday.

 

Bookings taken under 6 weeks from start of holiday to be paid in full.

 

A £100 damage/security deposit is required prior to the stay, which is fully refundable after inspection of the holiday home with it being left clean/tidy,  no damage, rubbish taken to the bins on site, return of keys and electronic swipe pass.

There will be a charge of £5 per bag rubbish left, £10 for lost swipe card and £5 for replacing any keys. 

 

Refunds/Cancelations.  

6 weeks or more--- 100% refund (less £50 non refundable deposit)

4 - 6 weeks ----------  50% refund (providing the remaining 50% covers the booking fee)

2 - 4 weeks ----------  25% refund (providing the remaining 75% covers the booking fee)

less than 2 weeks there will be no refund

 

Security Deposit are returned normally with in 2 weeks after holiday.

 

No directions to holiday home will be given until full payment and  security deposit is received.

 

Problems with the holiday home should be reported with in 24hrs to us by telephone.

 

No smoking in any of the holiday homes.

 

Dogs must be kept under control at all times and must not be left in holiday home or on the patio/balcony  unattended.

 

Certain breeds of dogs are not allowed on site.

 

Make yourself aware of the site's rules and obey signs.
