We are Bev and Ian and wish to let you enjoy our Holiday Homes.

 

We went on holiday to Millendreath in 2011 and fell in love with the place with its beach and lovely walks. It was also an ideal base for us to visit the rest of Cornwall. We went back a couple of times and decided to see if we could buy one of the Villas. After remortgaging our house we bought Seanicview Villa in 2012.

 

Over the last few years we have  updated the electrics put in a  new kitchen and  redecorated. We have also had new double glazing including patio doors at the front of the property installed, which enhances the stunning sea and country views.

 

Soon after we bought the villa the site owners, Espalier, started to regenerate the site. and renamed the site "Black Rock"

 

In May 2012 we decided to let the villa so we could help pay for the windows. We where completely booked in weeks and we ended up letting friends villas. 

 

In May 2014 we saw an advert for a holiday chalet  at Bideford Bay Holiday Park North Devon. After help from family we decided to bite the bullet and buy a 2 bedroom Chalet. Due to ill health we sold it in 2018

In 2016 for our pension we got a 3 bedroom lodge at Honicombe Manor, St Ann's Chapel Cornwall and May 2018 we bought Tree House Lodge.

2020 we have bought 2 more Holiday homes at Honicombe Manor, A 3 bedroom Lodge that looks over the country side and  3 bedroom cottage,

2022 we bought  the 2 bedroom cottage next door to the other one.

​

​

We hope you like the look of the holiday properties we let and maybe enjoy staying in them as much as we do.
